What’s more inspiring, romantic or personal than traveling to a place for the first time and seeing things you’ve only ever heard about in stories- seen in books? While living in the south of France, I turned to my experiences and nature for my materials and inspiration. I began collecting and foraging from my adventures. I pressed leaves, collected brochures, receipts, drink labels, envelopes, letters, fabrics- anything I felt held value and created an altered book.
